  10. I would like to install a bulletin board on my Unix system.
  11. This would be used as a forum for technical discussion.  Most importantly,
  12. it must be accessible by a specific group of users and no one else.
  13. I do not need distributed facilities as it will run on a single computer.
  14. It would be nice if it had a straightforward user interface as some
  15. of the news readers do.

  17. Does anyone have any recommendations?

  19. I don't want to use a mail group because people often complain about
  20. receiving too much mail, which they often don't read.
