  12.     I have a few questions about /etc/printcap, they are basic

  18.     2. Are any of the above programs freely distributable
  19.       if so, know a good place?

  28.        what are /dev/ttya, /dev/console, /usr/spool/lpd
  29.        supposed to be set up for??

  31.     I dont have a /usr/spool/lpd file, what should it be?
