  32. If you want nroff/troff, etc., you need to buy the DWB package,
  33. because AT&T (now USL) in their infinite wisdom decided that
  34. it shouldn't be part of the main source license.

  36. Similarly, they decided that man pages are source, so the .z
  37. files you are see are nroff'ed, tbl'ed, eqn'ed, or whatever,
  38. and then pack'ed.
