  17.    I would like to know if it is possible to read a cancelled article
  18. without sending a control mesg cancelling the cancel. I read news via
  19. NNTP. I tried telnet to the NNTP port to retrieve the cancelled
  20. article, but am unable to get it. ("article number invalid", was the
