- I am using a Tektronix XP337 X terminal to run Open Desktop version 2.0
- from a 486. Page 327 and 328 of the ODT System Administrator's guide says
- to set the XMERGE environment variable in order to have DOS services
- display properly on a remote server.
-
- I can open a DOS window on my X terminal by double-clicking on the DOS
- icon in the Accessories window, and although I haven't actually run a
- DOS application from that window, the DOS menu allows me to chose the
- FOCUS menu choice, so one could assume it works. :-) What won't work
- is Zoom and DOS colors; these choices are grayed out on the DOS menu.
