  11. Hi People !
  12. First I wanna thank all of you who helped me getting my mouse to work, getting
  13. my X to work etc. !

  15. But now I have a big Problem: When I try to compile big C-files the system
  16. hangs permanently. Also it hangs if the load begins to increase (in X windows).
  17. There's no error message. Is there any patch to solve this problem ? I
  18. installed all 58 patches from terry. Are there any new patches which could
  19. solve this problem ?

  21. Another Problem is: how to make a backup. I tried to use tar, but tar can't
  22. create the file /dev/log. Is there any other way ? (Do I need /dev/log ?)
