- Hi People !
- First I wanna thank all of you who helped me getting my mouse to work, getting
- my X to work etc. !
-
- But now I have a big Problem: When I try to compile big C-files the system
- hangs permanently. Also it hangs if the load begins to increase (in X windows).
- There's no error message. Is there any patch to solve this problem ? I
- installed all 58 patches from terry. Are there any new patches which could
- solve this problem ?
-
- Another Problem is: how to make a backup. I tried to use tar, but tar can't
- create the file /dev/log. Is there any other way ? (Do I need /dev/log ?)
-
- Please answer by email.
- Thanx in advance,
- Udo
