- Okay, no answers to my previous post, so I'll try again.

- I'm having problems getting my Gateway 4DX2-66V to recognize the Tiny BSD
- boot diskette. After formatting and rawriting the dist.fs image to a 3.5"
- floppy, I reboot the system, but nothing ever happens. The A: drive
- never reads the Tiny BSD boot disk. I have also tried the patched dist.fs
- image in unofficial/newbootables/cgd/ to no avail. I have slowed the system
- down to 8MHz during boot to see if this corrected the problem, but it didn't.
-
- This is a Micronics VL-Bus motherboard, so maybe it's just too different from
- standard ISA bus systems for 386BSD to work, but has anyone gotten 386BSD
- working with a similar system?
-
- Thanks in advance,
