  12. We have a WD "Elite" 8-bit ethernet board that won't retain its
  13. settings (as set up by "ezsetup") after power off.

  15. That's not supposed to happen, and believe me, it was a bitch to figure
  16. out.

  18. We sent it back and got another one that didn't have the problem.  Your
  19. alternative is to use one of the two hard-wired setups that are strappable
  20. on the card.
