- Im not sure on the compatability issue, but you should price drives and
- tapes for the number of tapes you want. Random pricing for me turned
- up $800 or so for a QIC drive, and $50 per 525MB tape. It takes like
- 6G worth of backup before it hits the breakeven point with DAT.

- While people are addressing the tape issue, which DAT drives do y'all
- prefer? Im looking for a drive that will work with A/UX, Windows NT,
- VMS and NeXTstep (nothing like low volume oddballs eh? :-) -Steve
