  25.     at all.  MH 6.6 does have its problems, and its well worth moving
  26.     to 6.7.2, but I'm not sure the problem that you are experiencing is
  27.     one of them.  One thing that I have seen cause inc to slow down is
  28.     failure of the LAN.  I've never bothered to figure out why but, if
  29.     the LAN is down, inc will take 30 seconds to a minute to complete.
