  11. Does anybody know of any unix utility that supports ANSI tape labels
  12. on reel-to-reel tapes?  As far as I know, the label follows a format
  13. that have information about the tape and is written at the beginning
  14. of the tape before the real data and also has a tail label after
  15. the early warning.
