- A question came up that someone out there may have a line on.
-
-
- Is there any way to detect after the fact the time that a net
- connection was broken?
-
- Let me be more specific. Someone removed a machine from our ethernet
- early this morning, removing the T and breaking the line. This would
- have brought down the net our DECstation 5000 Model 200 is on. Is
- there any process on the DS (Ultrix 4.2A) that would have logged the
- interruption time?
-
- I have already tried "find -newer" to detect modified files since
- yesterday, but there isn't any really good info in syslog places...
-
- Thanks.
