  22. How about WATCHER? It's available on wuarchive.wustl.edu in directory
  23. /usenet/comp.sources.unix/volume11 or some other ftp-servers (just ask archie).

  25. Watcher is a program to watch the system, reporting only
  26. when it finds something amiss. Watcher reads commands from
  27. controlfile to determine what to watch, the output format of
  28. the commands it is to run, and the acceptable limits for the
  29. output of those commands.
