- You don't say which TCP stack you're using on the OS/2. The only one I
- know details of is FTP's, which does have a "tar" command.

- This works like Gnu tar, and needs the /etc/rmt program on your host
- machine. If this doesn't exist on the HP, you can get it as part of the
- Gnu tar package, or separately from the Berkeley sources.

- As with any network backup system, you'd need to re-load the OS +
- network software locally in case of a catastrophe.
