  12. Just a comment on QMS printers- We just has occasion to request
  13. warranty service on our QMS PS-2220 (it had a loud, rattling noise
  14. when we received it). QMS National Service quoted rates of $110/hr
  15. for technician time plus $70/hr for travel time. This was for
  16. _warranty_ service! Parts were free, thank goodness.

  18. In all fairness, if we would ship the printer to the repair depot,
  19. they would fix it for free. Of course, the printer weighs about
  20. 100 pounds and would have to be shipped by truck.

  22. Just something to inquire about before you buy fifty printers.
