  13. I recently posted a citation question for latex, which asked how to

  18. Several people kindly sent me email. The solution appears to be 
  19. Young Ryu's theapa .sty and .bst which allows complete control over
  20. punctuation everywhere in the citation. This seems very useful since
  21. every journal seems to have a slightly different idea about whether
  22. they want commas, etc. (Why journals can't standardize on these
  23. things is just one of the many things I don't understand.)
