- I recently posted a citation question for latex, which asked how to
- get
-
- As many (e.g. Beck 1992) have argued.
-
- Several people kindly sent me email. The solution appears to be
- Young Ryu's theapa .sty and .bst which allows complete control over
- punctuation everywhere in the citation. This seems very useful since
- every journal seems to have a slightly different idea about whether
- they want commas, etc. (Why journals can't standardize on these
- things is just one of the many things I don't understand.)
-
- theapa is available by ftp from ftp.cc.utexas.edu in pub/young
-
- Thanks to all for their answers, and special thanks to Young Ryu for
- both answering and writing the style!
