  10. I would like to know the idea behind PStricks.  Am I right in assuming
  11. it is extending the TeX/LaTeX repertoire by using \specials's?  If so,
  12. how do these specials look?  I have seen \special{ps:...} type of
  13. specials in some LaTeX files but don't know if they belong to PStricks.

  15. Unfortunately I have been unable to LaTex and print out the PStricks
  16. documentation I have.
