  15. I am currently working on a document which, when published, will be a
  16. photo-reduced version of a 300dpi printed copy.  Thus, 12pt will be reduced
  17. to approximately 10pt (I don't know the exact percentage of the reduction.)
  18.  
  19. What I would like to know is if anyone has tweaked the cm fonts (and others)
  20. for such a process, such that, when the 300dpi fonts are reduced they don't
  21. look so rough?  If not, which parameters within METAFONT should I play with?
  22. Or, what other suggestions might you lend?
