- There was an article in a very early TUGboat
- describing a port of TeX (of that time) to a pdp-11.
- As I recall, they had to split the program
- into 2 processes.

- But can you break the 64k limit on arrays on a pdp-11?
- Your TeX would have to be quite small,
- with mem_max \le 16k, otherwise.
