  13. I understand that it is possible to customize TeX with the Babel
  14. package, so that it is able to correctly handle foreign languages.
  15. I am using OzTeX for the Mac and am wondering if somebody can 
  16. tell me what one needs to do work with Babel under OzTeX.  Is 
  17. it just a question of including some new style files in the document?
  18. Any hints are much appreciated, as donot know at all how Babel
  19. interacts with TeX!
