- Hi all
-
- Forgive me if this is a FAQ, but...
-
- I am typesetting a manual for some software/hardware, which includes some
- PostScript figures. I am using dvitps and psfig. I would like to be able
- to typeset the manual using A5 size paper, and then print it 2-up in
- landscape mode on A4. Ideally I would like to print the pages in the order
- they would be stapled together (that is, something like pages 30 and 1 on
- one page, pages 2 and 29 on the next, pages 28 and 3 on the next, and so
- on), although my major requirement is the 2-up landscape printing.
-
- A coupld of years back I tried this by getting TeX to format A4 size, and
- then using psnup (part of pstools) to print 2-up A5. This worked for the
- text, but the PostScript figures included by psfig did not get scaled down
- and printed full size, making quite a mess. Is there a good, clean solution
- to this problem?
-
- Regards
- Graham
