- Just select a HP-Deskjet printer if possible. PCLtoMSP will respond much
- faster. This is because the DeskJet way of life is like a one-to-one
- "bitmap" protocol: each bit is downloaded via it's electronics and programs
- to the ink-cartridge. The used coding-sheme is called PCL-level-2.
- The LaserJet is using a higher level because a laserjet has memory, the
- deskjets only a printbuffer. Therefore uses the laserjet things like
- font-downloading and strange position pointings. PCLtoMSP has to do a much
- harder job.
-
- The save in speed will be really significant!
