  12. Working in Frame 3.0 on a 486 PC running Windows 3.1.

  14. I import a graphic file(s). The file imports as a graphic, displays, and
  15. prints. Later it neither displays nor prints. If I try to import it again,
  16. I get an error message "Can't display some imported graphics." Sometimes if
  17. this happens and I exit frame and re-enter Frame the problem is resolved,
  18. sometimes not. It happens even if I have not changed that particular
  19. graphic in any way. It is unstable, unpredictable, and maddening.
  20. Particularly because I am not only trying to complete a project, but I have
  21. received some scanned graphics from a service bureau and I can't be sure
  22. which of the new ones may be defective (they weren't being saved in proper
  23. .tif format) and which ones are OK but Frame ain't behaving. Limiting my
  24. problem to known *good* files, I print it and return to it and it won't
  25. reappear. Nothing like this is suggested by the documentation.

  27. Does anyone else have this awful experience? Any ways to further diagnose
  28. it?
