  32. But this is still a manual process in that each time the
  33. chapter numbering changes, the individual chapter prefixes
  34. must updated (by hand) the set up file window from the book.
  35. You'll need to do this for EACH chapter that's affected by
  36. the reordering or addition/deletion of new/existing chapters.
