  22. This is a basic book-making capability that is, indeed, missing in Frame.

  24. The closest thing to a workaround that I know of is to save the book file
  25. as a mif and use a text-editor to change the setup information. This
  26. is much faster than going through the Setup dialog box which has to be
  27. CLOSED AND REOPENED FOR EVERY SINGLE CHAPTER WHOSE SETUP YOU WANT TO
  28. CHANGE! (are you there, Frame?)
