- This is a basic book-making capability that is, indeed, missing in Frame.

- The closest thing to a workaround that I know of is to save the book file
- as a mif and use a text-editor to change the setup information. This
- is much faster than going through the Setup dialog box which has to be
- CLOSED AND REOPENED FOR EVERY SINGLE CHAPTER WHOSE SETUP YOU WANT TO
- CHANGE! (are you there, Frame?)
