- Mike, try doing it backwards. Make an anchored frame (floating or no)
- (It's odd how FM has the concept of "floating anchored frame").
- Put a text flow in the anchored frame with your figure title and
- figTitle para format. This actually works at keeping the title and
- the figure together as a unit.
