  25. No, you do not have to insert the chapters manually.  In the book file,
  26. Go to each section and use Set Up File (under the File heading in the
  27. book).  This will allow you to restart page numbering, paragraph numbering
  28. and also allow you to include prefix and suffixes to the page numbering in
  29. generated files.
