  26. Umm, are you skeptical of Frame for Windows or Windows itself?

  28. At any rate, I'm running it on a 486/33 with 8 MB of RAM; I also
  29. have an ATI Graphics Ultra video card w/15" monitor. I *would* be
  30. skeptical of using it (as I would any other graphical DTP package)
  31. in any system with a 14" monitor.
