  19. I would create a small text frame inside the anchored-graphics-frame,
  20. and put the figure caption there.  The caption can use the 'Figure'
  21. paragraph tag with auto numbering.  I do this occasionally when I want
  22. my figure caption to appear below the figure instead of above it.
