  14. I retrieved the most recent version of the troff version of psfig from the
  15. net, and have had little success using it with our local installation of
  16. AT&T DWB (troff, eqn, dpost), and groff is not a happy camper either.
  17. Has anyone had any luck with psfig and either groff or troff > DWB3.0?
  18. Does anyone know where the canonical source for psfig-troff is kept?
  19. There are no version numbers or patchlevels in the source I have, so it
  20. is hard to tell how old this thing is (The main.c says '86).
  21. The patches for psdit.c and psdit.pro had to be partially applied by hand,
  22. indicating that things are a bit out of sync.

  24. Also, in attempting to use it with the Sun distributed troff & friends,
  25. the sample document seems to be missing oodles of paper.ps.[1-12], and
  26. the "tst" directory advertised in the README file is also absent.
