  32. Try calling Xerox's XSoft division in Palo Alto, California.  I believe
  33. the main number is 415.813.7800.  Ask to speak to Fonda Pallone -- a year
  34. ago she used to handle Xerox's protocol spec gray books.  If she is no
  35. longer there, ask to speak to someone with the Xerox Systems Institute 
  36. which is the entity that Fonda worked for.
