  15. I am thinking seriously of buying a transputer card for my PC.  I
  16. have never used a transputer, and never seen one - buying it is
  17. the only way I can get my hands on such a machine.

  19. I will be using the transputer for simulations of neural networks.
  20. Would a transputerboard with one tram (a T800 with 2MB Dram) be well suited
  21. for such an application?  Would anything cheaper also be ok for such an    
  22. application?

  24. For a transputer system consisting of a motherboard, a T800 w. 2MBdram, and
  25. a C dev.kit I expect to pay aprx. $3000 - am I beeing ripped off?
