  14. The 1993 Spring Seminar: Supercomputing is the 24th in a series of semi-annual
  15. all-day technical seminars sponsored by the New York Chapter of the IEEE
  16. Computer Society.  It will be held tentatively May 11, 1993, at the United
  17. Engineering Center, 345 E. 47th Street, New York City.

  19. This seminar will be devoted to all aspects of theory, design and applications
  20. of supercomputer systems.  A partial list of topics of interest includes:
  21.  
  22.  hardware architectures            programming models
  23.  design                            design considerations
  24.  performance considerations        languages
  25.                                    applications
  26.  
  27. Prospective speakers are invited to submit a brief idea about their talk
  28. (or paper) to the Seminar Committee as an introduction.
  29.  
  30. The Seminar Committee would like to identify those showing interest in
  31. participating by February 11, 1993 to formulate a more detailed agenda.
