- The beep comes from your keyboard <beeep>. This is probably a piezo ceramic
- beeper which has only one frequency. The keyboard is also used for the key-
- click sound if you configured one in the eeprom values.
- I don't think that you can change the pitch or something else in software
- here. If you have the sources of the kbd driver, however... ;-)
- You could try to change the beep to a 'visual beep' (flashing window) in the
- termcap entry if the cmdtool or supports such a thing.
