  13. I have a sparc 10 model 30 and when I type  'ipcs -a' I get the following message:

  15. IPC status from whistler as of Thu Nov 12 08:48:09 1992
  16. Message Queue facility not in system.
  17. Shared Memory facility not in system.
  18. Semaphore facility not in system.
  19.  
  20. Since we will be using semaphores in some of our applications what do I need to do to 
  21. get all of these facilities started up?
