- The real SCSI address is 5. Why change it? The only other address that you
- could use, without modifying the kernel, is four.

- I suspect the first "1" in your list above is the least significant bit of the
- three bits that are used for the SCSI address. If you set the first "1" to
- a "0", you should have SCSI address = 4.
