- I don't know of anything cheaper than $3995 list, for that price you can
- get either a RasterOps TC or a VITec RasterFlex-32. If you don't need
- 24-bit SunView support, the VITec is the probably your best bet - it takes
- up one slot instead of two, the blits are accelerated, and it has two
- sets of LUTs plus a LUT bypass, allowing you to have 24-bit TrueColor,
- 24-bit DirectColor, and 8-bit PseudoColor on screen at the same time
- without any colormap conflicts (flashing). Another plus is that their
- technical support seems to be pretty good - the one time I had a problem
- they had an answer for me the same day.
