  12. We operate this machine with little extra space in the disk partition
  13. where the UUCP spool areas are. The machine ran out of space in the /
  14. filesystem due to a failure of a machine to poll this site.
  15. Eventually the poll happened and things appeared to be otherwise normal
  16. except that there is space missing in / about equal to the amount in the
  17. particular spool directory when the machine was discovered in the  
  18. 'filesytem full' state.
  19. I've tried running fsck and fixed some problems, but can't recover the space.
  20. If anyone has some idea where to go next I would surely appreciate it.
