  26. Umm...yes, this will work, but leaves you vulnerable to outside intrusion
  27. since anyone can log in as root.  If your console is secure and you get
  28. a shell instead of a passwd request after booting single user, rather then
  29. remove the password, just go ahead an replace it with the passwd command.

  31. Failing that, you can always move the disk to another machine and diddle it there...
