  17. 4 bytes (32 bits).  This will still be true when we start supporting
  18. the full 64 bit mode as well, or at least, so goes the prevailing thought.

  20. If you compile with -mips3 to get the 64 bit mode stuff, there is
  21. a pre-processor define that gets set, but I don't know how stable
  22. the name is, so I would say to wait until we have that support
  23. released.  If you just mean basic architecture, it is __mips.
