- 4 bytes (32 bits). This will still be true when we start supporting
- the full 64 bit mode as well, or at least, so goes the prevailing thought.

- If you compile with -mips3 to get the 64 bit mode stuff, there is
- a pre-processor define that gets set, but I don't know how stable
- the name is, so I would say to wait until we have that support
- released. If you just mean basic architecture, it is __mips.
