  24. I just learned the details:  The nops and the jumping around 
  25. with 'next' and 'step' in debuggers occur in   4.0.2, 4.0.3, and 4.0.4.
  26.     Not in 4.0.1
  27.     Not in 4.0.5 (jumping around removed from 2.40 and 3.10 compilers)
  28. If you install 4.0.5 compilers you must recompile to avoid the 'jumping
  29. around' with 'next' and 'step', since the change is in the assembler,
  30. not in dbx or Workshop/Codevision.
