  27. I don't know if your 4D/20 needs what our Crimson Elan
  28. needed, which was a special serial port board we had to
  29. install to power the dials and buttons, and the
  30. stereoviewer.  Interestingly, no one knew enough to tell
  31. us we had to order this board in the first place, and it took
  32. two months to get tech support to figure out the problem,
  33. get a board from the factory, chase people down on the
  34. phone, try and make sense of the somewhat hacked
  35. installation instructions... not very impressive for
  36. an otherwise impressive support organization.
