  13. This is regarding connecting dials and buttons on a 4D/20. I have gone through
  14. all the steps the manual says to install the dials and buttons. The hard
  15. wiring is fine and the software set up has been done through the System 
  16. widget. Though the system manager shows that the serial port 2 has the 
  17. Dials and Buttons, the dials are not responding to the checkdials program or
  18. to SDRC-IDEAS. Checkdials says "No dials". Even the confidence test doesnt
  19. work.

  21. I was told that input devices were part of the kernel in the new operating
  22. system . I do not know what I should do.
