- We are currently using a 4D/35G for intraoperative monitoring during some
- neurosurgical cases that expose the cerebello-pontine angle. Our system
- has a Data Translation board (dt1492g-8di) with 8 differential input channels
- with some biomedical amplifiers evoked potential amplifiers on the front. We
- had to write our own software for the setup.
-
- In about a month we will be getting a new amplifier/A-D setup from a company
- called Neuroscan. It contains amplifiers, DSP32C's, and a 386/25 to manage
- the acquisition process for up to 32 channels. Its interface is via a SCSI
- bus. We will be writing a new interface to this hardware (probably for the
- Indigo R4000), to allow real-time acquisition, recording, spectral averaging,
- etc. Please send e-mail if you more info about the company.
