  13. This might be a dumb question. I have a problem ,where there is a line (red)
  14. on the screen and it would never get erased. The line was formed after 
  15. running snapshot. The user pulled the snapshot window and for some reason
  16. killed it without using the exit option of snapshot. Now the line refuses
  17. to get erased.

  19. Any ideas in this regard would be appreciated.
