- You didn't say what your interest is. That decision is dependent on what
- your priorities are. Maybe I should write an article comparing the two.

- In a nutshell:

- Pen Windows if compatibility with existing software is most important.

- PenPoint if you want the best pen environment and a much better OS. The
- downside to PenPoint is the development environment is not as nice as DOS
- / Windows and you will have to learn some new design philosophies (OOP and
- the document lifecycle).

- I just read that in order for programmers to use OLE v2.0 they will have
- to understand some new design philosophies in order to support the new
- features. (i.e. something similar to embedded apps of PenPoint) I bet Bill
- has a full set of PenPoint manuals and the spines are well broken.
- Somehow I just don't think it will be the same. DOS/Windows has too much
- baggage.
