  10. Has anyone managed to build a SM .EXM file using Borland C++ 3.1?  I'm
  11. having troubles getting everything resolved at link time.  Any tips or
  12. how to sheets would be appreciated.  I've already read most of the
  13. generic Borland C documents out there.  I'm trying to convert a
  14. Microsoft C SM .EXM program to Borland C++.
