- Hi,
- If you do a "!ls" shell escape command on a Next machine, it goes into
- a loop and the entire machine (all windows) become very slow until the job is
- killed.
- Does anyone have the fix for this bug.
- Is there a GNU/public-domain version of less/more that I can easily
- install on a NeXT.

- As you know:
- 1. You cannot set the EDITOR environment variable and hope that will influence
- the choice of editor in more. So you use less which has this capability.
