  14. rcssnoop records RCS transactions onto a central log file.  This
  15. feature was always optional, and I'm surprised that NeXT turned it on
  16. in their old version of RCS.  The easiest fix is to use a more recent
  17. version of RCS -- snooping is no longer supported, even as an option.
