- Thanks to Robert Nicholson and Andrew Stone (indirectly) for their
- suggestions. They probably solved one of my problems before I could get that
- far.

- Y'see, I had upgraded my old HD to 3.0 using UpgradePrep. Then I got a new
- HD and did a BuildDisk on it from the old HD. Figuring I could just copy the
- /private/etc directory over (which I did before from my 2.1 system to my
- upgraded 3.0 system, at least the flat files) so I didn't have to reinstall
- NetInfo.
-
- Well, my inetd.conf file was missing this line, see.
-
- renderd/1 dgram rpc/udp wait root /usr/prman/rpc.renderd rpc.renderd
-
- Oooooooooooooooooooops.
